Archosaur Games has officially opened pre-registration for its upcoming mobile RPG, Dragon Raja: ReRise, on both iOS and Android. Right now, the game is heading first to players in Southeast Asia, with a projected release date of August 14, 2025. Only English will be available at launch, and the initial game client weighs in at around 1.1 GB —pretty modest for a game of this scale.
If you’ve been keeping an eye on the anime-style gacha scene, this one might just turn your head. Visually, Dragon Raja: ReRise is a feast: sleek character models, vibrant environments, and a design style that goes all-in on standing out from the usual crowd of flashy-but-forgettable mobile RPGs. You can tell the art team really threw themselves into it. Even with a “tap-to-win” combat setup—yes, it’s casual-friendly—the real game lies in how you build your squad. Strategy is king here: synergy, micromanagement, and timing are what’ll set the best players apart.
And here’s something worth shouting about: no grind. Seriously, the devs claim they’ve done away with that endless loop of farming for materials. Instead, they’ve added a daily mission assistant—basically an in-game helper that runs your dailies for you. That means less busywork and more time for the good stuff—PvP battles, co-op raids, or just watching your ultra-rare SSR units shine in action.
It’s rare for a mobile RPG to mix great looks, deep play, and good features right away, so we’re keeping an eye on this one. The start in Southeast Asia is just step one—let’s hope it goes global soon.
