In the fight to stay on top and beat foes, one key point shines: knowing how to use Hunter Skills. This isn’t just about hitting any button. It’s about making a setup that really fits how you play. Whether you like to help out by healing or you love attacking full on, getting how these skills work is vital to boosting your strength higher.
Build Your Perfect Setup
Every time you get a new weapon, it has its own special skills. They aren’t just small boosts—they can change how you battle. Want to last longer on the front lines? Pile up those defense skills. Want to hit hard and fast? Get skills linked to strong weapons. You can choose, mix, and make something that’s just for you.
How To Equip Hunter Skills
Let’s break it down. First, open your bag—look for the backpack sign on the left of your screen. At the top, press the ‘Skills’ button. That’ll show all you have now. Skills go with certain weapons, so you can only use the ones that fit what you have in hand.
Take Staffs, for instance. They usually have healing skills. So, if you’re trying to use a Staff skill with your Dagger gear—no, it won’t work. Each skill shows which weapon it needs by its name, so check that before you try to use it.
On your screen, there’s a shape in the middle (that’s your avatar), and on the right, you see a list of skills you have now. At this time, you can pick up to four skills—pick with care.

Using Skills in Combat
Once your setup’s ready, getting into the action is easy. Just use the following inputs:
- Press M1 to activate your first skill
- M2 for your second
- And so on…
It’s smooth, responsive, and becomes second nature once you’ve played around with it a bit.
Oh, and if you’re looking for an extra edge—there are Hunters codes you can redeem in-game for boosts and rewards. Don’t miss out on those.
