Big Garden, Bigger Style: Grow a Garden’s 1.07.0 Update Adds Major Customization

The latest Grow a Garden update lets you customize, expand, and explore secret events. Plus, new crates, tools, and better pet features are here.

If you’ve ever looked at your Grow a Garden plot and thought, “This needs more golden gnomes,” then boy, you’re in for a treat. Update 1.07.0 is live, and it’s the biggest shake-up we’ve seen in a while. It’s not just a patch—it’s a glow-up for your entire green kingdom.

First up, the new cosmetics system. Over 110 farm-themed items have been added, letting you turn your garden into a cozy haven, a statuary masterpiece, or something totally weird and wonderful—your call. Whether you’re planting among golden statues or throwing down DJ booths and mushroom-shaped chairs, the vibe is totally in your hands now.

Garden expansions are also here, and they’re no joke. You can now stretch your land up to four times its original size. That’s a lot more space for plants, pets, and, let’s be honest, more room to flex those cosmetics.

As for new items—get ready to open some crates. There are seven new ones, packed with quirky collectibles like classic gnomes, fun decor, and exclusive pieces you’ll probably want to brag about. There’s also a new Harvest Tool that lets you instantly collect all ripe fruit from a plant. No more click-click-clicking through your patch like a maniac.

Events? Oh yeah. DJ Jhai is in the house, spinning something funky, but there are also secret events hidden throughout the game. One of them even lets you snag a “Plasma Mutation” that gives your garden a 5x multiplier. Yeah, it’s wild.

On the quality-of-life side, devs finally gave pets a proper menu (bless), added fruit mutation previews, and even let you rotate plants with your trowel now—huge win for us layout nerds. Plus, they tweaked backpack sizing, fixed some mobile harvesting bugs, and sorted out the coconut chaos (you know what I’m talking about).

Oh, and before I forget—yes, there are still codes you can use in-game, so keep your eyes peeled for fresh drops.
