Gym League: Complete Unlock Strategy for All Training Arenas

Gym League Gyms guide

Advancing through the Gym League grants access to a range of gyms for you to utilize. The stronger you become, the more prestigious the gym you can access. The goal of the game is to progress to the later gyms while also increasing your muscle mass!

How to unlock all gyms in Gym League

There are a total of 6 gyms to unlock in the Gym League:

Beach GYM
Underground GYM
The GYM
Golden GYM
Cyber GYM
Gravity GYM

The Beach GYM is the first one you unlock in the Gym League. Additionally, the first Body Alter you receive is the Normal one.

Equipping new Body Alters, enhances your overall Muscle Growth. The process of unlocking new Gyms involves fully ‘completing’ a Body Alter beforehand.

Underground GYM:

To unlock the Underground GYM, you must complete the Tan Body Alter, which costs a total of $500. This alteration increases your power from 2.5K to 5K and boosts muscle growth by 1.5x. Once you reach 5K power, you can purchase the next Body Alter and unlock the Underground GYM.

The GYM:

To unlock The GYM, you need to complete the Rock Body Alter. This Body Alter is accessible after unlocking World 2, which becomes available once you gain access to the Underground GYM.

Golden GYM:

Unlocking the Golden GYM requires completing the Steel Body Alter. You can unlock the previous gym (The GYM) to gain access to World 3, where you can purchase and equip the Steel Body Alter.

Cyber GYM:

To unlock the Cyber GYM, you need to complete the Diamond Body Alter. This Body Alter becomes available once you unlock World 4 via the Golden GYM.

Gravity GYM:

To unlock the Gravity Gym in the Gym League, you must complete the Plasma Body Alter. This Body Alter is one of the last four alters to unlock, so you’ll need to work through several other alters before reaching it.
