Season 5 Brings New Weapons and Buffs to Delta Force

Delta Force adds the KC17 rifle and a deadly bow, plus key operator and weapon tweaks. Check out everything new in Season 5.

The fifth season of Delta Force just dropped on Chinese servers—and it’s packing some serious heat. Content creators received early access builds, which gave us a preview of what’s to come, and it certainly looks like a game-changer. Leading the charge are two brand-new weapons that are revolutionizing your gameplay and going beyond simple cosmetic drops.

Let’s start with the KC17, a sleek new rifle that’s all about speed and precision. This thing costs just over 100,000 in-game coins and dishes out 30 damage up to 55 meters. With a fire rate of 740 rounds per minute, it’s a beast in the hands of the right support class. Speaking of which, only Stinger and Zoya can wield it, which might push support mains to rethink their loadouts. It fires 5.45mm rounds, adding a new flavor to mid-range combat.

But that’s not all. The new composite bow is turning heads—literally. This thing is brutal at close-to-mid range, dealing 153 damage up to 60 meters. It’s a dream for headshot hunters. The bow fires 182 times per minute and uses a unique arrow system with blue, purple, and gold rarity tiers. In Warfare mode, it can one-shot enemies at 10 meters, and even out to 30 meters with a clean shot to the head or chest. Past that, you’ll need precision, but it’s still deadly if you’re accurate.

Big Operator Balance Changes

Operators are getting some love—and some nerfs.

  • D-Wolf’s Triple Blaser can now be heard from 100 meters away (up from 50), so stealth just got a bit trickier.
  • Vyron’s dash now takes 20 seconds to recharge (up from 15), but it comes with added mobility—you can dash in 8 directions and even smash through weak glass.
  • Nox is faster now, with a 15% movement speed boost (up from 10%). In Warfare, she also picks up an extra disc and a flash grenade.
  • Toxik’s drones got smarter: they emit an audio cue when they latch onto enemies, and they’re now easier to land on vertical maps. Her gas grenade lands faster too. And the Adreno Boost? It’s getting buffed—no more movement or aim slow for her and her squad in Ops, and a 10% movement speed bump in Warfare.
  • Shepherd’s traps are now a bit louder and can be heard from 8 meters instead of 7. Not huge, but still worth noting.

Weapon Overhauls & Mobile Tweaks

Some sniper rifles got a much-needed tune-up. Devs have bumped their accuracy and increased the damage multiplier, especially on headshots. The AKM also got a minor but meaningful buff—base damage is now 40 (up from 39), and with the right attachments, its headshot multiplier jumps to 2.5 (was 1.9). That’s the kind of thing that can really flip a gunfight.

Oh, and if you’re playing Delta Force on mobile, good news: there’s now an option for auto breath-hold when sniping. Finally.

Developers also fine-tuned various attachments, particularly barrels and suppressors. The changes mean your loadout decisions will matter a lot more. So if you’ve been slapping on whatever looks cool—maybe take a second look. A good setup could mean the difference between clutching or catching a respawn timer.
